Todor Nicolov was born on May 21, 1959 in Sofia. He graduated from the Economy Institute in Sofia majoring Finance and Control. He has a long record of experience in the foreign trade. He has been a representative of a number of Italian companies in Bulgaria, among which Banco di Napoli. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Deputy chairman of the Union for Private Economic Enterprises (up to 2000), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bulgarreclama Holding; President of Lions International in Sofia. In 1990 Mr. Nikolov established Vanto Trade Auto, a company that is for 8 years an Exclusive Importer of Fiat Auto in Bulgaria and importer of IVECO. He is co-founder and chairman of the UIAB to 1996. At present is a member of the Board of Directors of the Union. Married, with two children.
